Micsig DP10013 is a high-voltage probe with a bandwidth up to 100 MHz, compatible with most oscilloscopes in the market. It allows a user to safely measure floating voltages up to 1300 V. DP10013 can be used in two different attenuation ranges: 500X for a maximum test voltage of 1300 V and 50X for a maximum test voltage of 130 V.
