AT515 is the first precision DC resistance tester to test ultra-low or low shunt resistance, using a high-performance ARM microprocessor-controlled micro-desktop instrument.
The instrument has 0.01% accuracy and 0.1?? resolution, 0.1??~1.2G? measurement range. Superior repeatable measurement accuracy; breakthrough technology allows resistance values to be displayed in 6.5 bits with 1,200,000 readings and a maximum sampling speed of 4.5ms. The instrument has a built-in temperature compensation interface to compensate for errors due to temperature.
The instrument has built-in 14-step comparator output, which can set 10 qualified files, and all the comparator results can be output through Handler interface.
The instrument is equiped with standard RS-232 interface, using SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument standard command set) and Modbus protocol (Modbus has become the national standard GB/T19582-2008) applied to the automatic sorting system to complete the automatic pipeline test. Communicate with a computer, PLC or WINCE device to efficiently perform remote control and data acquisition functions.
