After ordering it took 3 days before I received information about shipping. I did receive communication when it was shipped. The product itself seems to be OK so far. I was able to charge my phone. The main reason for the purchase was for emergency jump starts as it advertises that. So we shall see as I will have to wait till something happens to test that capability. GREAT ! It really works !
I have a Jeep 2002 6 cylinder.It has a big battery. It set all night with a dome light on and the battery went dead.I did not think this little thing would crank it.It cranked right up. A couple days later I had to do it again ,The rear hatch door switch was allowing the light to stay on ,So I fixed the switch.I wi8ll never go on a trip without this in the glove compartment...I really like it .

You never can jumpstart your car with less than 3 indicator lights on.
The instruction manual instructs to jumpstart your car the powerbank should read minimum 3 indicator lights of the 4 lights. I have charged the power bank more than 30 hours whike the instruction manual said 3 to 5 hours and the indicator lights never reach the 3rd lights. As per the instruction manual you can not start your car never with less than 3 lights. For me it is a fabric error or an absolete item. Why absolete because in the instruction manual it is written that if the product is store for long each 3 mknths it should be recharged.
