    Nice

    It's a nice meter and for the price a very good buy, it does what I need and it's very accurate, the display is also nice and bright even in bright direct sun light visibility is good. The meter is bulky but not too big, battery life is excellent and the feature list is good. The leads are a bit too short for my liking but they are nice and sharp, the way the built in battery is charged is also not ideal for me but hey, the charge does last quite a while. It also comes in a nice enough pouch that allows for easy movement and portability it's also faster than my Fluke 87 from turn on to ready to use. I am not sure about how well it handles bumps because it has not had any major ones since I got it. anyone wanting a good cheap well featured meter could give this a try..

    One of my favorite meters.

    The display on the meter is SO easy on the eyes. The UT181 mimics the Fluke 289 with a couple of differences. 1) it uses a built-in LiPo battery. This means you must mind you charge-state closely because you can’t use the meter while it’s charging. 2). It does not have a Fluke-style Auto-Hold function which I really miss. It dies bout faster than a Fluke 289 and has TWO temperature inputs and come with 2 temperature probes. Very handy. I recommend this meter if you need the wide range of features and can work with the battery limitations.

    The UT181A is a high quality DMM at a reasonable price.

    Unlike many of UNI-T's other products, the UT181A is well made and the company didn't cut corners. I've been using the product for a while, and it has done a good job in most measurements, from both an accuracy and convenience standpoint. I've used the data logger function as well, and it worked well.

    Des caractéristiques dignes des plus grands.

    Les caractéristiques du UT181A sont hyper complètes et ses performances supérieures à ce qu'annonce le fabricant. Je l'ai fait contrôler dans un service de métrologie et il n'a rien à envier à mon FLUKE187. Tout y est Capacité, Température, Frequence, Tension, courant, Data, Rec-Data etc un vrai RMS. Son soft est convivial, la connexion USB très rapide et le tout livré avec sacoche et une plétore d'accessoires. Vraiment sympa.
