The only part I had to assemble was putting the handle on and that was easy. The blades cut cleanly. I like that it can cut 10 pages at a time and I'll be able to bind both small and large documents as this device can handle the largest binding ring available,.

Good for punching but not binding.
It punches the holes with no problems. First the part of the binder where you place the combs was slightly bent. It is very hard to bind. The combs do not open up that I have to manually open the combs up just to place the papers in to bind. Once bind it is very hard to lift the comb with what I bind off the machine. Not very happy with this machine at all.

Easy to use.
I like the machine because it doesn't need a por ir space and is easy to use. The only problem with it, is when you are putting the sheets and the comb togheter, the sheets felt down and is card to keep them on place.
