So far the 16 tubes I installed out of the case of 25 are working fine (45W R17D 8'). These were purchased to replace the same type of lamps purchased from a different Ebay seller that failed within a year. The seller would not honor the 3 yr warranty or respond to messages even though I had spent thousands of dollars buying from him. I purchase a lot of LEDs and this was my first issue with any of them. I will continue to purchase from this seller.

A difficult situation solved amiably. One of four tubes were bad. Seller wanted to give me less than a single tube cost me and has no plan to replace a single tube. Had to take a refund and now short one light tube. I will need to find a local source.
