    Nice Power Supply

    This supply runs extremely well. Over voltage and current circuits work well. Supply ripple is low even at low voltage. It’s easy to operate. I have not used the RS232 interface yet but am looking forward to trying it.

    Precision power supply replaces several instruments.

    I use two of the OWON P4305 precision power supplies as bias sources with my HP 8753D network analyzer. I like the built-in voltage and current meters and the 1-mV and 1-mA resolution for the voltage and current limit settings. The meters agree with my Fluke meters. The voltage programming DAC agrees with the internal meter. No more analog supplies, 10-turn pots, and external meters just to measure s-parameters of a transistor. I have not tried remote control or high-power operation. For what I need, it's perfect. I'm embarassed that I waited so long to buy one.
