They send you bad stuff, then want to give you less than the value of the item and will try to talk you out of sending it back. My item was shipped from California, but they said I would have to send it back to China. When I tried to return the over $100 item, they offered $7 for a refund and to "keep it", even though it didn't work. I said that was absurd and then they offered about half the value. These people are not to be trusted!
