I had a small problem with my radio when it first arrived. I sent a message and they express shipped a brand new one back to me. They are very considerate.
Would recommend.
I will add - this does not come with a transfer cable AKA programming cable. It is not advertised but it is necessary for your own personal tweaking.
They have my recommendation, from a veteran’s point of view, they care for feedback and customer support was near immediate.
